I'm the worst, I know!

I made the blog so that I could do more regular updates, without the need for them to be content driven, and then I manage to do just TWO in a row before it becomes just as neglected as every other part of the site! I'm sorry! I won't ever change of course, but I am sorry!

I've been getting involved in quite a few hobbies that aren't quite site related; namely MtG and 40K, and although I know they are games they aren't quite in the spirit of what this site is about. Never say never though.

Speaking of which, I'm not too sure what is next for the site content wise. I quite like the idea of visiting some of my favourite childhood games and adding even just a little bit of info for them. Just something small that gives them a place on the site and acts as a little tribute or badge of honour for the fond memories I have of them. I'm currently looking into Monkey Island and how to edit your inventory. It's a dumb idea, but ideas don't have to be smart to be fun! Sometimes, it's even better when they aren't!

What is smart though is the move of the website from PHP to C#! That is now mostly complete, and bar a couple of styling issues here and there I think all the functionality is migrated. This also required a change of host, which I'm happy with as well, as I'd not moved in around a decade and the costs had slowly creeped up.

So, yep, no real update I'm afraid, instead you get this complete cope out from actually creating real updates, but then that's what the blog intended for, isn't it?
