The Other section is the home of information for any games not on the Sega Megadrive. The platform of each game is given underneath its name to help avoid confusion
where there are multiple ports/versions of a game.
In order to edit saves from the Playstation 2 you'll need a way to get the data off of your memory card and onto your pc. I use Memor32 which I think is still being actively produced.
